Ida Freeman students drop eggs Posted: 20 Oct 2010 05:15 PM PDT October 20, 2010 Ida Freeman students drop eggsEDMOND — Cedric Christon, Shara Reynolds and Lauren Watts, all students in Amy McCarty's third-grade class at Ida Freeman Elementary, show the eggs that they boiled and encased in various materials to see if they would crack when dropped from the top of a ladder in the yearly Great Egg Drop. It didn't matter if the eggs were packed in a couple of layers of foil or wrapped in styrofoam peanuts in large boxes, most of them did not survive the fall.
